Caleb's Christmas Song

The other day I was working in the kitchen and Caleb was sitting at the counter with me. Caleb all the sudden asked me what a Tula was. I thought he said Tulip (yeah, horticulturist coming out in me, I hear tulips everywhere...), but he said "no, no, Tula!" I thought Doola? "No,no, Tula!" I finally just said, I have no idea. He sighed his enormous "My mom is so silly" sigh and then said "The tula that gives presents to people at Christmas!" Hmmm, I thought, that does not clear up anything. In the quiet that follwed, I realized that the song on the radio was The 12 Days of Christmas. Caleb was hearing "My true love gave to me" as "Tula gave to me."
